Michael T Scoville is currently a doctoral student in Counselor Education and Supervision at Liberty University. He has received his master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Liberty University, and he holds credentials of Minister of the Gospel from the IFCA and is an Elder and Associate Pastor at Open Door Community Church. Michael works part-time as an licensed professional counselors (LPC) at Cadence Care Network, a nonprofit organization helping foster, displaced, and traumatized children where he also serves as a committee member for the DEI committee for Cadence Care Network. Michael is the current EOCA Professional Development Committee Chairperson 2023-2024, secretary for Ohio Counseling Association (OCA) PAC 2023-2024, member of the OCA Leadership Committee 2023-2024, president for REGN (Chi Sigma Iota) 2023-2024, and member of the advocacy committee. He loves spending time with his family, church, reading the Bible, hunting, fishing, bowling, and volunteering for Mana Ministries, a food pantry run by Open Door Community Church. Michael spends his spare time advocating for the rights of those less fortunate and forming many other causes that are dear to his heart.
